Talking to company officials, we further understood that the underlying mantra for all the HR activities at RPG revolves around the literal full-form for RPG: ‘R’espond, ‘P’erform & ‘G’row. ‘Respond’ stands for reacting to the opportunities that the business provides. ‘Perform’ on the other hand, is to make use of these opportunities and the challenges by coming together as one team.
